Qualifikationen

• Be computer literate with knowledge for Microsoft Office as it pertains to your position.
• Eligible to work in a childcare setting.
• Have valid First Aid and Infant/Child CPR, current or obtain within 30 days if applicable.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team.

• Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
• Comply with Head Start Performance Standards and Colorado rules for child care centers.
• Support and implement the program mission and goals.
• Encourage parental engagement in Head Start activities.
• Attend required in-service training and workshops.
• Collaborate to maintain a welcoming environment for families and visitors.
• Report suspected child abuse according to Colorado law and policies.
• Assist with curriculum implementation to meet children's needs.
• Monitor children for safety and supervise accordingly.
• Ensure health, nutrition, and safety education is taught and practiced.
• Share mealtime experiences and promote learning through food.
