• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality early education and child development services for EHS children.
• Collaborate with staff, specialists, and volunteers to meet children's and families' needs.
• Complete documentation: home visits, conferences, assessments, and notes in a timely manner.
• Develop weekly lesson plans aligned with Head Start Outcomes Framework and assessment data.
• Support children's health and safety in compliance with regulatory standards.
