Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to a student with special needs.
• Assist with academic tasks, social interactions, and daily activities.
• Implement IEPs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support learning.
• Maintain records of student progress and communicate with the team.
