Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center in the Richmond Hill and Savannah area seeks a Program Manager to lead teacher development, curriculum implementation, and regulatory compliance in a licensed childcare setting.

You will train teachers, coordinate onboarding, support the Center Director, manage materials, and organize family conferences while maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule and benefiting from professional development and tuition reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices.
• Experience with Creative Curriculum preferred.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations.
• Proficient in a variety of business software programs.

Responsibilities

• Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices
• Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented
• Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers
• Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions
• Ensure adequate classroom materials
• Develop and track teacher professional development plans
• Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed
• Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences
• Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp
• Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms
