Foundations Early Learning Center in the Richmond Hill area is seeking a Program Manager to lead curriculum implementation, staff development, and classroom oversight. The role emphasizes hands-on, STEAM-focused learning and collaboration with center leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of a CDA or TCC required.
• Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of lead teacher experience in licensed childcare.

Responsibilities

• Train teachers on curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Ensure lesson plans are completed and implemented.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new teachers.
• Collaborate with Center Director to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Coordinate parent/teacher conferences (semi-annual).
• Plan and assist with summer camp activities.
