Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 48 college credits or an Associate's degree, or passing Parapro/WorkKeys.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with young children.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with classroom teacher to implement enrichment activities.
• Implements activities using varied materials for ages 3–7.
• Supports development of self-help skills and personal hygiene.
• Maintains a learning-conducive classroom climate.
• Assists with routines (snack, rest, play) and supervision on buses.
• Fosters open communication with parents and staff.
• Participates in paid professional development beyond workday.
