Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 48 college credits or an Associate's Degree or a passing score on ParaPro/WorkKeys.
• Minimum of two years experience with young children.
• US work authorization by first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with classroom teacher to implement enrichment activities.
• Supports children ages 3 to 7 with developmentally appropriate experiences.
• Promotes self-help skills and personal hygiene.
• Maintains a classroom climate conducive to learning.
• Supports the school's academic program under teacher direction.
• Communicates openly with parents and staff.
• Supervises snack, rest, and indoor/outdoor play.
• Assists with bus boarding and safety as needed.
• Participates in paid professional development beyond the workday.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the Principal.
