Job summary

Illinois Central College seeks an experienced CTE Project Manager for its Early College Campus within the College & Career Readiness department to advance Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and CCPE alignment across the district. The role ensures dual credit is administered per ICCB and HLC guidelines, collaborating with secondary partners and ICC departments to enhance pathway development.

This grant-funded position supports work-based learning, internships, and student transitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of project management or related experience in education or workforce development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development, alignment, and continuous improvement of CTE and CCPE pathways with secondary partners and ICC departments.
• Coordinate CCPE implementation resources, tools, and processes; ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Plan and facilitate professional development for secondary and ICC partners on CCPE requirements and dual credit.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting related to pathway participation and outcomes.
• Oversee grant-related documentation, timelines, and performance metrics for CTE and CCPE initiatives.
• Collaborate with CCR and Academic Affairs leadership to align pathway initiatives with institutional goals.
