Job summary

Illinois Central College is seeking an Early College CTE Project Manager at the Peoria Campus to advance Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and CCPE alignment, coordinating with secondary partners and ICC departments to expand dual credit, work-based learning, and student transitions into ICC programs.

This grant-funded position runs Jan 2026–Jun 2027 and offers $58,000–$67,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CTE pathways and CCPE alignment with partners.
• Lead development and improvement of CTE and CCPE pathways.
• Manage cross-sector collaboration and documentation of CCPE resources.
• Plan professional development for partners on CCPE requirements.
• Oversee grant-related documentation and performance metrics.
