Doc PersonalBeratung GmbH seeks a dedicated Early College Advisor to improve student retention and progression. You will coordinate with faculty, counselors and advisors, manage case load, and develop communication plans to support student success.

This role requires travel to area high schools and technology centers, with occasional evenings and weekends to meet student needs. A Bachelor's degree and experience in student services are preferred; a Master's with 2 years is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
• Master's Degree with 2 years experience in Student Services Program or Bachelor's degree with 5 years in Student Services programs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Improve retention and ensure student progression through ongoing communication with course faculty and Early College student advisors with intensive student follow-up.
• Plan, develop and implement Early College intervention activities.
• Serve as a liaison between high school officials, counselors, parents, students and OCtech faculty.
• Manage an Early College case management assignment.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Early College communication plan to ensure knowledge of support services and provide timely follow-up with students and high school administrators for faculty generated alerts and progress reports.
• Design and implement the annual recruitment plan to include recruitment and admissions activities for the year.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Student Services

Master's Degree in Student Services (preferred)
