Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support the education and care of young children across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, foster a safe and nurturing learning environment, and collaborate with families to ensure each child’s success.

You’ll work with center teams to meet enrollment and accreditation goals while building strong relationships with families and partners in the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and organizational ability.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success by helping with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
