Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks dedicated teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, protect children’s safety, and foster a caring learning atmosphere for young learners in a collaborative team environment.

You’ll partner with families and center staff, helping drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement while modeling professional conduct and a passion for education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
