Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to support children and families through curriculum implementation and a safe, nurturing classroom environment. You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education and contribute to a positive learning experience for every child.

You will work with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts,

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities for a busy classroom.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or be willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
