Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support young learners across our classrooms. You will implement the curriculum in a way that honors each child’s needs and foster a safe, engaging space where children can explore and grow.

In this role you will partner with families and centers to deliver high-quality care and education, while collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by engaging with staff and leadership on enrollment and accreditation.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
