KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early childhood education across our centers in the United States. You’ll implement our curriculum in line with the needs of each child and foster a safe, nurturing space where kids can explore and learn.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
