Job summary

Town & Country Early Learning Center is looking for dedicated educators passionate about early childhood education. Successful candidates will create a nurturing environment for infants/toddlers and preschoolers, promoting their developmental needs through personalized attention.

Educators will collaborate with a skilled teaching team to deliver effective lesson plans and maintain communication with families, ensuring an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of early childhood experience.
• Teachers must hold an AS in ECE or a related field.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must clear full background check and pass health screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to children, promoting development.
• Collaborate with teaching team to create supportive learning.
• Maintain high standards in teaching and classroom management.
• Develop engaging lesson plans catering to diverse needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders.
• Foster culture of respect and inclusivity.
• Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
• Work a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
