Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated Teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement curriculum, foster a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to promote children’s learning and development.

You will contribute to center success, collaborate with staff and leadership, and uphold high standards of care while complying with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and well-being.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
