KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to mentor peers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children. You will partner with families to ensure excellent care and education while supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and at least some Early Childhood Education experience.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service and strong organization.
• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading, writing, and speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
