Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a passionate Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment for children and families.

Responsibilities include partnering with parents, driving enrollment and engagement, and collaborating with leadership to achieve program goals. The position emphasizes English communication and safety, with varied weekly duties.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy as required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• State-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
