KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead classrooms and mentor peers. You will implement a supportive curriculum, foster a safe learning environment, and partner with families to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service and strong organization; ability to multi-task effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
