Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and implement the curriculum in a supportive environment. You will connect with parents and collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while ensuring high-quality child care and education for families across our centers.

The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, safety, and engagement with communities, with a focus on early childhood development and family partnership.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to reach enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
