Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor staff while implementing our curriculum tailored to each child. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom and collaborate with parents to ensure the highest quality care and education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
