KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead classrooms with a focus on implementing our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to support each child’s growth and learning.

You will mentor other teachers, collaborate with center staff, and work toward goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s best care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
