Job summary

KinderCare Learning Centers is hiring teachers to support children’s early education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and engaging environment, and partner with families to foster learning and growth in a supportive team setting.

You will collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment goals, accreditation, and overall center success while maintaining high standards of safety and care for every child.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to speak, read, write and understand English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with and connect with parents to support each child's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
