KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early childhood education and development across its centers. You will implement age-appropriate curricula, foster a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to promote students' growth and engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment targets, maintain accreditation, and deliver high-quality learning experiences for diverse communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; able to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage with children safely and visually, ensuring supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum per each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Build partnerships with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
