Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support children's learning in welcoming classrooms across our centers. You’ll implement our curriculum, ensure a safe environment, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.

You’ll collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented workplace that values every learner and family.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with and communicate with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
