Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor classroom teams, delivering the organization’s curriculum in a way that respects each child’s needs. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment, and actively engage with families to support learning goals.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support childrens’ care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
