KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead classrooms with a focus on nurturing environments and curriculum delivery. You will mentor peers, implement age-appropriate activities, and partner with families to ensure high-quality care and education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading, writing, speaking to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; work with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
