This is a full-time position working with toddlers.

Responsibilities:

1. Create hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests.
2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by following procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of 12 ECE units, including Child Development, Child Family Community, and 2 curriculum courses; Infant/Toddler class required for infant/toddler positions. Transcripts required at hire.
• 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all health and safety requirements, including immunizations, physical screenings, and training. You will work in person at our early education center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with policies and regulations to ensure children's safety. Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $25.75 to $31.25. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
