Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher located in San Jose, CA. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, curriculum development, early childhood education, and communication.

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills
• Early Childhood Education and Communication skills
• Engage, guide, and play with the students, encouraging social and emotional growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and be a quick learner.

Requirements:

• Must pass background check, fingerprints clearance, TB test, and CPR / First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
