Discovery Kidzone in Helena, MT seeks a Support Director to lead daily operations, culture, staffing, and program quality. You will collaborate with the Program Director and Regional Directors to uphold core values and ensure safety, licensing compliance, and family experience.

The role includes coaching teachers, recruiting, onboarding, and providing hands-on classroom support, traveling between locations, and modeling best practices. A strong background in ECE and leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• Must be Level 3+ on the Montana Early Childhood Project Practitioner Registry.
• Must have a CDA, A.A. in ECE, B.A. in ECE, or related qualifying education.
• Montessori certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood education program.
• Minimum of 1 year of childcare leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education, licensing, and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Proficient with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support program standards and core values across the organization.
• Report directly to Regional Director and Ownership.
• Live and model Discovery Kidzone's Core Values and Vision in leadership and decision-making.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace.
• Oversee daily program operations and licensing compliance.
• Assist with staffing shortages, recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Provide Early Childhood Education coaching and mentorship.
• Travel between local DKZ locations to provide classroom support.
• Step into classrooms to maintain ratios and training.
• Build relationships with children, families, and partners.
• Ensure confidentiality and consistent communication with leadership.
