Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves supporting about 25 preschoolers across two campuses, with typical hours 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM, and a strong emphasis on collaboration with educators, families, and related services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or eligible to practice in DC.
• Active or eligible DC DOH SLP License required.
• Experience in school-based or early childhood settings preferred.
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Write IEP goals and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Participate in MTSS/RTI processes and team meetings.
