Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves supporting about 25 preschoolers across two campuses, with typical hours 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM, and a strong emphasis on collaboration with educators, families, and related services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or eligible to practice in DC.
• Active or eligible DC DOH SLP License required.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students.

Join a Collaborative Early Childhood Team Supporting Young Learners

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a highly collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026–2027 school year.

This onsite position supports students ages 3–5 across two nearby campuses and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, communication development, and student success.

The ideal clinician is passionate about working with preschool-aged students and enjoys collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers in a team-oriented environment.

• Full-Time, Onsite Position
• 2026–2027 School Year
• 40 hours per week
• Typical Schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• Split schedule between two campuses (2–3 days per location depending on caseload needs)

Caseload & Responsibilities

The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will support approximately 25 early childhood students, with caseloads expected to grow throughout the school year as additional students enroll and are assessed.

Students present with a range of communication needs including:

• Expressive and receptive language delays

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy services
• Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Writing IEP goals and maintaining documentation
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Participating in MTSS/RTI processes and team meetings

Compensation

• Annual salary range: $65,000–$85,000 based on experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible DC DOH SLP License
