Job summary

Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center in Hayward, CA is hiring an Early Childhood Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the Family Support Services team in QA, compliance, data accuracy, and workflow coordination to strengthen service delivery.

The role combines program operations with quality assurance, maintaining a reduced caseload of about five families, and assisting leadership with daily operations and training. 40 hours/week, occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Associate degree with at least 2 years of health or human services case management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience performing case management duties in health or human services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance and compliance activities per agency policies and grant requirements.
• Perform audits of client records, EHRs, billing docs, assessments, referrals for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor documentation practices, data collection, billing, and case workflows for standards compliance.
• Identify deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions to drive improvements.
• Support program leader with data reporting, quality improvement, and audits.
• Maintain organized audit records and compliant client files per policies (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure coordinated service delivery.
