This full-time position emphasizes documentation accuracy, onboarding support, and collaboration with leadership on performance measures and CQI initiatives. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with health/human services focus.
• Experience in case management and quality assurance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance and compliance activities per agency standards.
• Audit client records, EHRs, billing docs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor documentation practices and data collection for quality.
• Report deficiencies and support continuous improvement.
• Analyze findings and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Support CQI initiatives and grant reporting.
• Maintain organized audit records and compliant file transfers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Monitor safety and adherence to TVHC guidelines.
