The Program Coordinator at COA plays a vital role in supporting the school's day‑to‑day activities. This position involves overseeing classroom management, implementing age‑appropriate programs for children when necessary, and ensuring that our educational programs meet all company, state, and accreditation requirements. The Program Coordinator maintains records, generates daily/weekly/monthly reports, and ensures compliance with regulations.
The Base pay rate range for this position is $21.00 to $25.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives or other benefits.
