Qualifications

• A minimum of 9 credits in early childhood education or related coursework, with at least 3 credits in child growth and development, plus 6 months of ECE experience OR 3 credits in growth and development with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom environment and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Adapt daily care routines to individual and group needs.
• Maintain safe, developmentally appropriate classrooms aligned with NH CCLU/NAEYC.
• Assist with observations and developmental evaluations.
• Ensure effective communication with parents and families.
