Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in childcare, secretarial, or administrative assistant setting is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, compliance, and operational support across multiple early childhood education sites.
• Partner with OVEC Leadership and Local Area Manager to ensure centers operate efficiently and remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Support daily center operations, staff coordination, and documentation management; assist with classroom staffing and continuity of care.
