Job Summary:

We are seeking a full or part time Preschool Teacher to join our preschool team. Under the supervision of the Director of Early Childhood Learning, the Preschool Teacher will assist with day-to-day tasks such as preparing lessons, supporting students during activities, and maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in early childhood education or a related field and have a passion for working with young children. This is a part-time position that requires a commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that reflects the values of Catholic education.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Support students during lessons, small group activities, and playtime to promote their development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environmentCommunicate effectively with the Lead Preschool Teacher, other staff members, and families
• Use active listening and problem-solving skills to support the needs of students
• Learn technology skills as required by the position
• Perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary and/or assigned by the Lead Preschool Teacher or Principal

Schedule:

8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Pay Range:

$22 - $25 per hour non-exempt benefit-eligible position.Starting pay is determined by the candidate's experience and education level
