At Woodinville Montessori School (WMS), we believe in more than just education; we believe in nurturing the whole child and fostering a lifelong love of learning. Since 1983, our mission has been to empower students from Toddler through High School with a holistic Montessori education that emphasizes independence, empathy, self-advocacy, and flexibility. Our campuses in Bothell and Woodinville, WA, serve a diverse community of lifelong learners, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
The Early Childhood Teacher will provide instruction and supervision over the classroom community, of children ages 2 ½ to 6 years. Throughout the school year, the teacher will work with the Early Childhood Program Director to ensure that students have the necessary tools and time to devote themselves to their work, building a cohesive community and continuing to develop the love of learning.
This full-time, academic year position starts August 19, 2025, with the hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with the flexibility to work on the occasional evening and weekend.

The salary range is $54,000 – $75,000 per year, dependent on education, training, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, Long-Term Disability, life, and supplemental insurance, paid time off, 403b retirement plan, professional development allowance.
