Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Early Childhood Instructional Coach to empower teachers with curriculum, resource support, and professional development.

You will influence classroom practice, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to strengthen early learning outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership in early childhood education, anti-bias curriculum, and partnership with families, with in-person work at a Fairfax-area center.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Background checks required by state and company
• Education credentials required or preferred for early childhood roles
• Experience in high-quality childcare or preschool settings and NAEYC accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education
• Be a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation
• Partner and communicate effectively with families, while mentoring new teachers and serving as a role model for the teaching team
