A+ Charter Schools in Dallas is seeking a District Early Childhood Facilitator to partner with the Teaching, Learning, and Leading Team and school administration as a data coach, instructional specialist, and catalyst for change.

The role focuses on enhancing student learning through teacher collaboration, coaching, and professional development planning, with emphasis on data-driven practices, Tier 1 instruction, and fidelity of curriculum implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field.
• Master's degree preferred from an accredited university.
• Valid EC-4/EC-6 Elementary Generalist teaching certificate.
• Valid Bilingual or ESL certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support teacher leadership of collaborative groups and PLCs using data.
• Coach and model instructional strategies, planning, and assessment aligned to district expectations.
• Provide targeted feedback to teachers to improve instruction and student achievement.
• Plan and deliver professional learning experiences on data-driven practices.
• Collaborate to implement district initiatives and monitor progress.
• Lead professional learning opportunities including evenings and weekends as needed.
