Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with required coursework.

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, instructional practices, and CLASS assessment.
• Experience coaching, training, or supporting adult learners in education settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional coaching, mentoring, and professional development to teaching staff to strengthen classroom practices.
• Monitor classroom quality through observations, lesson plan reviews, and CLASS assessments to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, licensing, and CCG educational guidelines.
• Analyze child assessment data to inform instruction, training, and program decisions.
• Collaborate with center leadership to support staff development, family engagement, and overall program quality.
