Job summary
Action Pact Inc in Lyons, GA is seeking a full-time EHS Floater to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment. The floater assists the assigned teacher with day-to-day management, planning, and implementation across rotating centers within the Head Start program.

Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or GED; CDA/TCC or ECE coursework preferred.
- Experience with Head Start or early childhood settings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the assigned teacher with daily classroom activities and planning.
- Follow curriculum and daily schedule to support child development.
- Monitor and report attendance and meal counts.
- Observe and record children's behavior and progress; document growth.
- Assist in home visits or communications with parents as needed.
- Support in coordinating volunteers and ensuring classroom organization.
