Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. is hiring multiple early childhood educators for the 2026–2027 school year in Boulder, CO. Roles include mid-term substitutes and daily substitutes, with schedules Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm or 4:30 pm, no weekend work.

Responsibilities include leading routines, creating a warm and safe classroom, collaborating with staff, and ensuring licensing standards are met. CPR/FA certification and health screening are required within 30 days of hire; US work

Qualifications

• English proficiency required.
• 1+ year experience in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Colorado ECE Credential (PDIS Levels 1–3+) required.
• CPR/FA certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Health screening required within 30 days of hire.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support in leading classroom routines, activities, and play-based learning.
• Create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for children.
• Be dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early learning.
• Collaborate with staff and follow each center’s curriculum and routines.
• Maintain classroom organization and comply with IL DHS licensing standards.
• Communicate effectively with families and staff.
