Zen Educate Inc. is hiring multiple early childhood educators for the 2026–2027 school year in Colorado. Positions include mid-term substitutes in classrooms Monday–Friday and daily substitutes with flexible center hours.

Roles support students and staff daily, with options across centers and hours. We seek candidates with the Colorado ECE Credential (PDIS 1–3+), at least 1 year of licensed childcare experience, and English proficiency.

• Colorado Early Childhood Professional Credential (PDIS Levels 1, 2, or 3+)
• 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare or preschool
• Professional proficiency in English
• CPR/FA certification within 30 days of hire
• Health screening within 30 days of hire
• US Work Authorization; Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for employment visa or relocation

Job Description

Limited Positions - Now hiring for the 2026–2027 school year!
We’re hiring multiple early childhood educators to support school districts and private preschool centers. The roles vary from mid-term substitute placements, with you working directly in a classroom Monday through Friday, supporting students and staff on a consistent, daily basis. We also have availability for our daily substitute program, where you can choose which centers / hours work best for you!

Salary

• Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).
