Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. is hiring multiple early childhood educators for the 2026–2027 school year in Boulder, CO. Roles include mid-term substitutes and daily substitutes, with schedules Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm or 4:30 pm, no weekend work.

Responsibilities include leading routines, creating a warm and safe classroom, collaborating with staff, and ensuring licensing standards are met. CPR/FA certification and health screening are required within 30 days of hire; US work

Qualifications

• English proficiency required.
• 1+ year experience in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Colorado ECE Credential (PDIS Levels 1–3+) required.
• CPR/FA certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Health screening required within 30 days of hire.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.

Limited Positions - Now hiring for the 2026–2027 school year!
We’re hiring multiple early childhood educators to support school districts and private preschool centers. The roles vary from mid-term substitute placements, with you working directly in a classroom Monday through Friday, supporting students and staff on a consistent, daily basis. We also have availability for our daily substitute program, where you can choose which centers / hours work best for you!

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).
