• Create a Safe Space: Supervise activities, keep classrooms organized, and follow safety protocols.
• Connect with Families: Share updates and observations with families using our app and conduct parent conferences as needed.
• Promote Growth: Observe and document each child’s progress and tailor lessons accordingly.
• Uphold Compliance: Follow licensing standards and complete required paperwork and safety drills.
• Lead the Team: Mentor classroom assistants and collaborate with leadership on improvements.
• Foster Community: Build positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and children.
