Responsibilities

• Inspire Learning: plan and implement engaging activities across art, music, literature, science and more
• Create a Safe Space: supervise activities, keep classrooms clean and safe
• Connect with Families: share updates and observations, conduct bi-annual conferences
• Promote Growth: observe and document development, tailor lessons to needs
• Uphold Compliance: follow licensing standards, conduct drills, complete required paperwork
• Lead the Team: mentor assistants, uphold procedures, contribute to improvements
• Foster Community: build positive relationships with parents, colleagues and children
