• Lead/assistant teacher qualifications per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Learning: plan and implement engaging activities across art, music, literature, science, and more.
• Create a Safe Space: supervise activities, maintain clean classrooms, follow safety protocols.
• Connect with Families: share updates and observations using Kindertales; conduct bi-annual conferences.
• Promote Growth: observe and document development; tailor lessons to individual needs.
• Uphold Compliance: follow licensing standards, conduct drills, complete daily logs.
• Lead the Team: mentor assistants, maintain procedures, collaborate on improvements.
• Foster Community: build positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and children.
